തിരുനാവായ മാമാങ്കം: ചാവേറാകാൻ മമ്മൂട്ടി

തിരുനാവായ മണല്‍പ്പുറത്ത് നടക്കുന്ന മാമാങ്കം പ്രമേയമാക്കി എത്തുന്നു. മമ്മൂട്ടിയാണ് നായകൻ. 12 വര്‍ഷത്തിലൊരിക്കല്‍ നടക്കുന്ന മാമാങ്കത്തിന്റെ ചാവേറായി പൊരുതി മരിക്കാന്‍ വിധിക്കപ്പെട്ട യോദ്ധാക്കളുടെ കഥ പറയുന്ന ചിത്രമാണിത്. ചിത്രത്തിന് പേരിട്ടിട്ടില്ല. സജീവ് പിള്ളയാണ് രചനയും സംവിധാനവും നിര്‍വ്വഹിക്കുന്നത്. സജീവ് പിള്ള അടൂര്‍ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണന്റെ സഹസംവിധായകനായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Mammootty to play a historic figure in an upcoming movie based on Mamankam

Sajeev Pillai, a former associate of the legendary Adoor Gopalakrishnan, will be making his directorial debut with this massive project. The movie is based on Mamankam and Mammootty will be seen playing the role of a Chekavar in the movie.
